Description:

Methode: Het aantal D4Z4 herhalingen wordt bepaald met behulp van optische genoom-mapping (OGM) op het Saphyr instrument (Bionano Genomics). De Bionano “EnFocus” bioinformatische pipeline wordt gebruikt voor de analyse van de data (80x coverage). De resultaten worden gevisualiseerd met de Bionano Access software (Genome build hg38), met een resolutie van +/-1 D4Z4 herhalingen.
